 The large and airy living room has a daybed for lounging and a home theatre system
for watching a favorite DVD. Speakers are placed throughout
the main living area, so music can be enjoyed in the kitchen, on the decks and by the
pool. The villa is eqipped with high speed WiFi internet access, satellite (dish network) CD/DVD, i-pod hook up and surround sound.
If you enjoy cooking, there is a spacious kitchen with all of the amenities
including a Thermador gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator
with icemaker, dishwasher, and wine refrigerator. The villa is stocked with a good selection
of cookware and serving dishes. There is an outdoor gas grill as
well as a Weber charcoal grill.
Indoor
dining can seat 8, or enjoy outside dining on the large covered terrace
or under the stars – the choice is yours! There are also numerous
areas for sitting or lounging.Enjoy cocktails in front of the tropical palm garden or relax with a good book on the outside daybed.
The intriguing pool with waterfall is very private with stone walls reaching upward toward flowering gardens and dramatic rocks. Creative lighting enhances this area at night.
There are teck sunbeds and chairs for poolside lounging and rafts for floating.
The
three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are tastefully decorated with
hand carved wooden beds and simple yet elegant accessory pieces as well as quality lines and towels. All
bedrooms have A/C. The
master bedroom has a private deck for relaxing and taking in the view
of the ocean. It also boasts a terrarium like shower in the spacious
bathroom. The large, newly renovated second bedroom is equal to the master bedroom. It opens to its own private terrace and garden with beautiful views of the sea. The third bedroom also has its own terrace.
The villa is set up on three levels with the main living area on the
top level. Two bedrooms are in separate cases, all are below the living
area. With private gated access, it is only a few minutes walk from Petit cul de Sac beach and the private, exclusive commmunity of Domain du Levant.
